I am looking for a small amount of white wine grapes (maybe 20 - 30 pounds), preferably Blanc du Bois, Picpoul Blanc, or something similar to use in making mixed fermentation American Wild Ales and Lambic-inspired beers.
Based in the DFW area, though I travel to San Antonio/New Braunfels and Austin on a regular basis for work.
I have won competitions on the national and regional level for mixed ferm beers using Texas Peaches, Plumcots, foraged berries, wild plums and other fruits.
