Large Volumes - up to Tanker
- Primitivo (Italian clone of Zinfandel)- extremely good vintage, several lots blended; picked at varying Brix 25*-28* for a well rounded profile and medium-high alcohol; fruity nose and classic big Cali Zinfandel flavors but 100% Texas
- Muscat Blanc (Canelli) - not your mom's moscato; blend of several picking lots fermented dry; two thirds fermented on small amount of oak; will often be mistaken for another variety if tasted by unaware consumer, but you will catch a bit of classic muscat flavor on the finish; could be back-sweetened and bottled, but this dry wine really deserves to be the star of its own show
- Marsanne - gorgeous color, bright and straightforward, very versatile white wine and a good sub-in for Charddonay; "petrol/kerosene/diesel" notes common to good vintages of Marsanne and similar to those in high quality Riesling; co-fermented with small amount of Vermentino adding an extra bite and depth
- Mourvedre - good color and body, co-fermented with small amount of tempranillo; classic mourvedre profile, very solid base wine for something that will age phenomenally
- Tempranillo - co-fermented with a touch of mourvedre and grenache; great flavor profile but lacks some color and alcohol due to vintage weather; a great base wine to blend in a bit more alcohol and color for a wine that would age well; call us for some excellent blending partners in stock if needed

- Cabernet Sauvignon - !!SOLD!!
- Montepulciano - 6-7 totes worth; This is fantastic wine. Inky black dark red, somewhat fruity with good tannin and some oak, really great as-is or would blend very well with Cab for a long-aging wine.
- Rose Saignee - liquid jolly rancher on the finish; get this thing in bottle for a summer porch pounder asap!!!
- Rose - classic Texas rose; field blend of several varieties (temp, grenache, Mourvèdre)
