This is a Letina Plate and Frame Filter. The plates are 40cm x 40cm. The unit comes with 30 filter plates, 2 end plates and 1 cross-over (double filtration) plate. This allows the user to optionally filter thru 2 different pore sizes in the same pass, maximizing filter efficiency and minimizing the number of total filtrations. The filter has built in butterfly valves, sight glasses and tasting ports. All connections are 1.5 triclover. It comes on wheels for mobility around your cellar.
