At my church in Fort Worth we have the beginnings of a small Biblical garden. Currently we have grapes, figs and olives. This year I’ve harvested 18-20 pounds of grapes. Mostly Lomanto, some Favorite (very small globes, maybe not useful) and a few what I believe are Victoria Red. I am looking for someone to use these grapes to make sacramental wine to be used during worship at church. I’m not looking for a lot of wine. Less than 3 gallons would be plenty. We don’t drink the wine, we dip a small piece of bread in he wine then eat the bread. If more water wine is necessary to interest someone n making the wine I’m open for more or other options. TABC will not allow me to make wine at church without a license and it is not permissible to make the wine at home and take it to church. Thank you! Robert Fultz [email protected] |
