Howdy y'all!
We are a family-owned and operated small winery in Austin, Texas. We are looking to grow our tasting room team and hire individuals to work within our three different locations. We have recently implemented a coffee program with our partner, Vision Coffee, at our newest location on Barton Springs Road. Our hope is to expand this coffee program to our downtown and Shady Lane locations.
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team! In this position, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, crafting delicious coffee beverages, and assisting customers in exploring and enjoying a variety of wines.
Our wineries have a large selection of wines from around the world. What makes us different from other tasting rooms is our use of a digital self-pour tap system that allows patrons to pour wines by the ounce at their own pace and on their own budget. The ultimate goal as a Wine & Coffee Specialist is to allow guests to enjoy themselves responsibly while creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring customer satisfaction, and promoting our brand image. An ideal candidate for us is available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
Coffee and/or wine knowledge is preferred but not required to apply! A TABC Seller/Server Certification and a Food Handler Permit are required before commencing the position. Applicants may be offered shifts at multiple tasting room locations. We have three locations (one on 6th Street, one on Shady Lane, and one on Barton Springs Rd.) that are all located 3-5 miles from one another.
