As the Scott Labs’ Field Sales Representative for the Southwest region, you will be responsible for representing and selling the Scott Labs brand to the wine market. This includes our world class portfolio of value-add fermentation, equipment, filtration and packaging products. As the go-to resource in your designated territory, you will leverage your own industry knowledge and technical expertise, along with our 85+ years of experience and in-house product experts, to provide the best customer experience possible and expand our reach within your assigned territory (Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Missouri, Temecula and Oklahoma) and account list.


• Drive growth of sales within the Southwest territory and account base
• Foster and maintain positive working relationships with decision makers and influencers within your region
• Continuously grow product and market knowledge with a focus on how to benefit both the customer and the company
• Provide exceptional customer service and communication in order to support and grow existing customer base
• Maintain accurate account and contact information
• Effectively prioritize activities to meet or exceed company initiatives
• Manage pipeline of opportunities and provide clear customer feedback to the company
• Attend in-person and/or virtual tradeshows and events as necessary
• Utilize and contribute to continuously improving sales and company best practices
• Work well with internal stakeholders to help drive customer success and contribute to a positive work environment and company culture


• Self-confident, independent and capable of delivering on commitments
• Professional, trustworthy and always looking for ways to improve
• Curious, thoughtful and interested in learning and teaching
• Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit


• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years winemaking experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office


• Existing relationships with decision makers at wineries
• Wine sales and/or technical product sales background
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
